THE INSIDE-OUT METHOD:

STEP IN, meet yourself.

You have people.

You have a calendar.

You have friends who would show up if you called.

And still, there is a disconnection you cannot explain.

You deeply know the feeling of being in a room full of people who love a version of you that isn't you. Realizing you have never once let others see you panic, want, ask, fail, need. And now, it’s impacting:

How you speak to yourself.

How you date.

How you handle conflict.

How you receive love.

How you ask for support.

How safe you feel in your own body.

How much of your personality you suppress.

How often you betray yourself to belong..

..and the life you’re trying to build for yourself.

After years of working on this with others (and myself!), I can confidently say that at some point,

A much younger you made a deal.

In that child's world,

  • Being “too emotional” pushed people away

  • Vulnerability felt unsafe

  • Conflict meant rejection

  • Your needs were inconvenient

  • Being easy to love mattered more than being fully known.

A live group call that will change the way you connect with others and yourself (designed by a trauma therapist).

Sunday, May 31, 9.30pm IST (Sunday, May 31, 9am PST)

So, younger you learned to adapt.

"I am safe if I am liked". So you became likeable.

"I won't lose anyone if I don't ask for too much". So you stopped asking.

"If someone goes quiet, it must be something I did". So you stayed small.

"There is not enough time". So you ran.

You became socially "intelligent". Self-aware. Funny. Independent. Helpful. Successful. Emotionally low-maintenance.

The deal worked. It got you here. Alive. Capable. High-functioning. But it is still running.

And somewhere in the middle of becoming who you needed to be to survive..

You lost access to yourself.

So now, even when connection is available, you still struggle to receive it.

You are not broken, your protections have just outlived their use. And the simple truth remains,

You cannot feel deeply connected to others without learning to connect with yourself.

But, what does that even mean?

"How can I make something so seemingly abstract, DO-ABLE in the busy life I lead?

Therapy or not, where do I even start?"

That’s why I created

The Inside-Out webinar.

To unmask the self beneath the performance.

The Inside-Out Method is not therapy. Not self-help.

Not a workshop on "how to be more confident in conversations."

It is a practiced, structured way to reflect and do one thing:

Be in a room as yourself, for slightly longer than you usually can. And survive it.

So that next time, you can stay a little longer.

And the time after that, longer still.

Inside-out, because connection has been blocked by internal fear and beliefs.

That door has been locked from the inside.

In this live, 90-min webinar on authenticity, emotional safety, loneliness, and deeper human connection, we plan to address the emotional root through psychoeducation, reflective exercises, Q/A, safely shared experiences and home-work designed by a therapist for continued progress.

This will leave you with deeper shifts that AI created self-help tools, motivational quotes and surface-level advice completely miss, keeping you repeating the same cycles of self-abandonment.

Having worked as a trauma therapist for nearly a decade, I deeply understand,

  • Why we emotionally shut down

  • How childhood survival patterns follow us into adulthood

  • Why vulnerability feels unsafe for so many people

  • And how all of this quietly impacts relationships, identity, and self-worth

But I also understand something else. Not everyone has access to therapy.

Either because of:

  • Cost

  • Stigma

  • Culture

  • Family dynamics

  • Location

  • Fear

  • Timing

  • Or simply not knowing where to begin

A lot of us are carrying very real emotional pain and confusion completely alone. This webinar was created to bridge that gap and give you a starting point of deeper exploration.

This journey inward changes more than you're expecting.

  • Your relationships become deeper because you stop building them from performance.

  • Your friendships become more fulfilling because people are finally connecting with the real you.

  • Your boundaries become clearer because you stop needing everyone to like you.

  • Your nervous system softens because connection stops feeling like survival.

And most importantly:

You stop feeling like you have to earn your right to exist in relationships.

Because when you finally feel safe enough to be yourself, connection stops feeling like performance and you stop:

  • Rereading messages trying to figure out if someone secretly hates you

  • Shape-shifting in every room you walk into

  • Leaving conversations wondering if you said too much

  • Apologizing for having needs

  • Chasing emotionally unavailable people because chaos feels familiar

  • Feeling exhausted after social interactions because you were performing the entire time

  • Confusing attention for intimacy

  • Abandoning yourself just to feel chosen

This webinar will help you get back on your side.

We are going to look at you inside-out, together.

The Truth

I am not going to tell you this one day will "change your life". Anyone promising that, especially in 90 minutes, is exploiting your vulnerability to sell you something.

But there is a version of you who has been waiting a long time to be seen. To be in a room without the mask. To find out what you sound like when no one is watching. To find out what you want when you stop performing.

That version of you, deserves your attention.

So take 90 minutes, on Sunday, May 31, 9.30pm IST (Sunday, May 31, 9am PST) to come and meet yourself.

There is a seat saved for you.
