About us

I'm Shivani Agarwal, a therapist, professor and founder of Centre for Self Discovery, working at the intersection of self-discovery, emotional wellness, creative storytelling and honest conversations. My audience spans India and Canada, and I'm now scaling from organic growth into strategic partnerships: brand collaborations, speaking engagements, live events, podcast appearances, and unexpected creative collabs that nobody sees coming.
 

I'm looking for one person to own this growth with me, not an assistant, a partner in ambition.
 

What you'll do

• Build and pitch: create pitch decks, media kits, and partnership proposals for brands, venues, events, and platforms.

• Hunt opportunities: identify and reach out to brands (wellness, luxury, lifestyle, and beyond), podcasts, speaker platforms, festivals, retreats, and collaborators, in India and internationally.

• Negotiate and close: handle outreach, follow-ups, and deal terms for brand collabs, sponsorships, and paid speaking.

• Get creative with access: find the side door when the front door is paywalled: barter deals, cross-promotions, guest slots, win-win structures.

• PR: pitch me for media features, interviews, and podcast guest spots that grow visibility and drive leads to my therapy practice.

• Track everything: maintain a simple pipeline of leads, conversations, and closed deals.
   

Who you are

• Resourceful to your core: "no budget" reads to you as a puzzle, not a dead end.

• You treat someone else's growth as your personal mission and get a kick out of closing deals.

• Strong written English; you can draft a cold email or a proposal that actually gets replies.

• Bonus: existing contacts in wellness, luxury, hospitality, events, or podcasting; experience as a talent manager, PR exec, or in influencer marketing.

• Comfortable with tools like Canva/Notion/Google Workspace for decks and trackers.
